Allergies are an overreaction of the immune system to a non-threatening stimulus. The two most important things are to keep the immune system healthy and to avoid the exposure as much as possible.

Immune system function is bidirectional with the gut so a healthy gut equals a healthy immune system. Adding fermented foods, optimizing digestion and consuming non-inflammatory foods will help immunity. Mornings and evenings seem to be worse for people with spring allergies. I recommend avoiding being outside during the worst of it. 

Some natural remedies for spring allergies include herbs like stinging nettle, Vitamin C, turmeric and butterbur.
