Janet Maendel DO(Eur), DNM
Janet Maendel is a Doctor of Natural Medicine and Doctor of Osteopathy (Europe) with advanced training in integrative and metabolic oncology. Her work sits at the intersection of metabolic health and cancer care, helping patients and practitioners understand the underlying drivers of disease and restore balance within the body’s terrain.
As the founder of Nurture & Restore Wellness, she provides personalized, data-informed consulting for oncology patients around the world. Her approach integrates metabolic terrain assessment, advanced laboratory interpretation, and evidence-supported strategies to improve treatment tolerance, strengthen resilience, and support healing.
Janet also serves as the Integrative Oncology Advisor for Immunocine, a biotechnology company specializing in Individualized Dendritic Cell Therapy (IDCT). In this role, she connects the science of personalized immunotherapy with the principles of metabolic and integrative oncology, ensuring patients receive coordinated, comprehensive support throughout their care.

Alongside her work with patients, Janet supports integrative doctors and clinicians who manage complex oncology cases. Her expertise includes:

• Education & Mentorship – Training clinicians in the Test → Assess → Address™ model to strengthen clinical reasoning and improve outcomes.

In addition to her clinical practice, she works closely with Immunocine, traveling internationally to educate patients, caregivers, and practitioners on the science and clinical application of individualized dendritic cell therapy.
